Registration

The 2nd Global Forum for Associations of Prosecutors will be followed by the 15th European Regional Conference. Participants in the 2nd Global Forum are invited to also register for the Regional Conference and vice versa.

Participation is open to formally designated representatives of Associations of Prosecutors, Members of the International Association of Prosecutors and special invited guests and observers.

Registration must be received through the online registration system. Only registrations accompanied by full payment can be accepted.

Limitation

The number of participants is limited and all places at the conference will be distributed on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

On-Site Registration

Because of the limitation of participants we cannot guarantee any vacant places at the conference for on-site registrations. If you are considering registering on-site, please contact the Conference Secretariat to pre-register.

Please note that the registration fee does not include hotel, which has to be settled upon departure directly with hotel.

Please note: A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the conference secretariat Marina Pinto secretariado@smmp.pt. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participants.

When payment has been successfully processed the Conference Secretariat will send a letter (voucher) confirming your participation in the conference. If this letter has not been received within two weeks after your bank transfer please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations received on or before18 March 2016 100% of the registration fee will be refunded – except from 5 – 7% to cover administration expenses
Cancellations received on or before 18 April 2016 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellations received hereafter We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 7 days before the conference provided that full details are submitted to the Conference Unit.
